Refund and Returns Policy for Likan Computers

At Likan Computers, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase made through our website or at our physical stores located at Ground Floor, Pioneer House, Kenyatta Avenue, and Ruiru the Nord Mall, First Floor, Samsung Experience Shop. 1. Eligibility for Returns
1.1 Return Window: You may return eligible products within 7 days from the date of delivery (for online orders) or purchase (for in-store purchases), provided the product meets the conditions outlined below.
1.2 Eligible Products: Products such as the Samsung Galaxy A07, Tecno Camon 40, Infinix Note 50 Pro, Samsung 45W 20000 mAh Power Bank, or Samsung Galaxy Tab S10 Ultra are eligible for return if they meet the following criteria:
- The product is unused, undamaged, and in its original condition.
- The product is returned with all original packaging, accessories, manuals, and documentation.
- The product is not marked as a final sale or a customized item.
1.3 Non-Returnable Items: The following items are not eligible for return unless defective:
- Products marked as final sale.
- Customized or personalized items.
- Accessories (e.g., Samsung 40W Car Charger) that have been opened or used, unless defective.
- Products without original packaging or missing components.
2. Return Process
2.1 Initiating a Return:
- Online Purchases: Contact us at sales@likancomputers.co.ke or 0726 86 86 53 within 7 days of delivery to request a return. Provide your order number, product details (e.g., SKU such as SM-A065FZKDAFB for Samsung Galaxy A06), and reason for the return.
- In-Store Purchases: Visit our store at Ground Floor, Pioneer House, Kenyatta Avenue, or Ruiru the Nord Mall, First Floor, Samsung Experience Shop, with your receipt and the product.
2.2 Return Inspection: All returned products will be inspected to ensure they meet the eligibility criteria. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not comply with this policy.
2.3 Return Shipping:
- For online orders, you are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or was shipped in error.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service to return products. Likan Computers is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.
- For defective products, we will provide a prepaid shipping label or arrange pick-up, where applicable.
3. Refunds
3.1 Refund Eligibility: Refunds will be issued for eligible returns once the product is received and inspected. Refunds are processed to the original payment method used for the purchase.
3.2 Refund Amount:
- The refund will include the purchase price of the product (e.g., KSh 60,000.00 for Samsung Galaxy S24 FE or KSh 32,999.00 for Tecno Camon 40 Pro 4G after discount).
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
- Promotional discounts (e.g., Samsung Shopping Event up to 20% off) will be factored into the refund amount.
3.3 Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned product. The time for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your payment provider.
3.4 Non-Refundable Fees: Any additional fees, such as delivery charges or taxes, are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
4. Defective or Incorrect Products
4.1 Defective Products:
- If a product (e.g., Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 6 or Infinix Smart 9 HD) is defective or malfunctions within 7 days of delivery or purchase, contact us immediately to arrange a return or replacement.
- Defective products are subject to inspection and may be repaired, replaced, or refunded at our discretion, in accordance with warranty terms (e.g., Dubai or East Africa warranty for Samsung Galaxy Tab S10 Ultra).
4.2 Incorrect Products:
- If you receive an incorrect product (e.g., a Samsung Galaxy A16 4G instead of a Samsung Galaxy A26 5G), contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for the correct product to be sent and cover all associated costs.
5. Warranty Claims
5.1 Manufacturer Warranty: Products such as the Samsung Galaxy S25 Plus, Samsung Galaxy Tab S10 Plus, or Tecno Camon 30S Pro come with a manufacturer’s warranty (e.g., Dubai or East Africa warranty). Warranty claims are subject to the manufacturer’s terms and conditions.
5.2 Warranty Process: To initiate a warranty claim, contact us at sales@likancomputers.co.ke or visit our stores with your receipt and the product. We will facilitate the claim process with the manufacturer.
5.3 Exclusions: Warranty claims do not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or unauthorized repairs.
6. Exchanges
6.1 Exchange Availability: If you wish to exchange a product for a different variant (e.g., Samsung Galaxy A36 5G with 8GB/256GB instead of 6GB/128GB), contact us within 7 days. Exchanges are subject to product availability and the same eligibility criteria as returns.
6.2 Exchange Process: Follow the return process outlined in Section 2. Once the return is approved, you may place a new order for the desired product. Additional costs due to price differences (e.g., upgrading from 128GB to 256GB storage) will be your responsibility.
7. Special Promotions
7.1 Promotional Items: Products purchased during promotional events, such as the Samsung Shopping Event (up to 20% off), are subject to the same return and refund policies unless otherwise stated.
7.2 Discounted Products: For products with discounted prices (e.g., Infinix GT 20 Pro reduced from KSh 43,000.00 to KSh 40,000.00), refunds will be based on the discounted purchase price.
