Terms and Conditions for Likan Computers

Welcome to Likan Computers. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, services, and purchases made at our physical stores located at Ground Floor, Pioneer House, Kenyatta Avenue, and Ruiru the Nord Mall, First Floor, Samsung Experience Shop. By accessing our website, making a purchase, or engaging with our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our services.

1.2 Updates to Terms: We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on our website with the “Last Updated” date. Continued use of our services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
1.3 Eligibility: Our services are available only to individuals aged 16 or older who can enter into legally binding contracts. By using our services, you confirm that you meet these requirements.
2. Products and Pricing
2.1 Product Availability: All products listed, such as Samsung Galaxy A07, Tecno Camon 40, Infinix Note 50 Pro, and accessories like the Samsung 45W 20000 mAh Power Bank, are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue products without notice.
2.2 Pricing: Prices are listed in Kenyan Shillings (KSh) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Prices for products like the Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra (KSh 138,000.00–KSh 145,000.00) or Samsung Galaxy Tab S10 Plus (KSh 120,500.00–KSh 136,000.00) may vary based on selected options (e.g., RAM, storage, or accessories). We strive to ensure pricing accuracy but reserve the right to correct errors.
2.3 Promotions: Discounts, such as those during the Samsung Shopping Event (up to 20% off), are subject to specific terms, including duration and eligibility. Promotional prices (e.g., Samsung Galaxy S24 FE reduced from KSh 65,000.00 to KSh 60,000.00) are valid only during the promotional period.
2.4 Product Variants: Products may have multiple variants (e.g., RAM: 4GB, 6GB, 8GB; Storage: 64GB, 128GB, 256GB). You must select the desired configuration on the product page before purchase.
3. Orders and Payments
3.1 Order Placement: Orders can be placed online via our website or in-store at our locations. By placing an order, you confirm that all provided information (e.g., contact details, payment information) is accurate.
3.2 Order Confirmation: Orders are subject to acceptance by Likan Computers. We may refuse or cancel orders due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud. You will be notified if an order is canceled.
3.3 Payment: We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards, mobile payments, and other secure methods. Payment is processed at the time of order placement. For products with a price range (e.g., Samsung Galaxy A26 5G, KSh 32,500.00–KSh 37,700.00), the final price depends on the selected configuration.
3.4 Order Modifications: Once an order is confirmed, modifications may not be possible. Contact us immediately at sales@likancomputers.co.ke if you need to amend your order.
4. Shipping and Delivery
4.1 Shipping: We offer delivery services for online orders. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors.
4.2 Delivery Locations: We deliver within Kenya and, where applicable, to regions covered by our warranty providers (e.g., Dubai or East Africa for Samsung Galaxy Tab S10 Ultra).
4.3 Risk of Loss: The risk of loss or damage to products passes to you upon delivery. Inspect products upon receipt and report issues within 48 hours.
5. Returns and Refunds
5.1 Return Policy: We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for unused, undamaged products in their original packaging, subject to the following:
- Products must be returned with all accessories and documentation.
- Returns are not accepted for products marked as final sale or customized items.
- Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the product is defective or incorrectly shipped.
5.2 Defective Products: If a product (e.g., Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 6 or Tecno Camon 40 Premier 5G) is defective, contact us within 7 days to arrange a return or replacement, subject to warranty terms.
5.3 Refunds: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned product. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
5.4 Warranty: Products like the Samsung Galaxy Tab S10 Ultra or S10 Plus come with a warranty (Dubai or East Africa). Warranty claims are subject to the manufacturer’s terms and conditions.
6. Intellectual Property
6.1 Website Content: All content on our website, including product descriptions, images, and logos, is the property of Likan Computers or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use this content without permission.
6.2 Trademarks: Product names (e.g., Samsung Galaxy, Tecno Camon, Infinix) are trademarks of their respective owners. Likan Computers uses these names for descriptive purposes only.
7. Limitation of Liability
7.1 General: To the fullest extent permitted by law, Likan Computers is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or products.
7.2 Product Use: We are not responsible for damages caused by improper use of products, such as the Samsung 40W Car Charger or Infinix Smart 9 HD.
7.3 Website Availability: We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to our website and are not liable for any losses resulting from downtime or technical issues.
8. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold Likan Computers, its affiliates, and employees harmless from any claims, damages, or losses arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of our services.
9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
9.1 Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of Kenya.
9.2 Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved through negotiation. If unresolved, disputes will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Nairobi, Kenya.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or misuse our website or products.
11. Force Majeure
Likan Computers is not liable for delays or failures to perform obligations due to events beyond our control, including natural disasters, strikes, or government regulations.
